Return Policy
Defective Items
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing us with your order number and the product condition. This will initiate the return process and enable us to authorize the return. Please note that unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
Upon authorization, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to securely package and return the damaged or defective item(s) to us.
Once we receive the item(s), we will examine and test them. If we verify the defect as described, we will ship a replacement for the damaged or defective item(s) to you via Regular Air Mail ONLY. If the defect is not verified, we will ship back the original item to you.
Please note that compensation for shipping costs will be provided by issuing a coupon or MTMTshop credit to your account, but ONLY if the package is returned by Regular Air Mail. No compensation for shipping costs will be provided for other shipping methods, such as registered Air Mail, Courier services, Express Mail, or Next Day Air services. If the package is returned by any other shipping method, MTMTshop reserves the right to determine the amount of shipping refund based on the cost of a Regular Air Mail shipment.
For all returned products, we will verify the condition before sending out a replacement or authorizing a refund. Reports of defective products on a replacement shipment will NOT be entertained. Please note that it generally takes about 2-3 weeks to process a return. We recommend that you use a reliable carrier for your return and note that we are not responsible for lost returns.
